W.O.C. Realty LLC was a Michigan Limited Liability Corporation created when the purchaser of W.O.C. Enterprises defaulted on his Land Contract. The new company took over the assets of W.O.C. Enterprises and became a new Corporation with an agreement between the two land contract owners that one would buy out the other.
Notice that the initials W.O.C. are cow spelled backwards, the owners had previously been Milkmen!
also One of them had a Daughter who was dyslexic which explains the backwards part.
